  Booking Your Holiday

  Provisional Reservations

  Please telephone the chalet on +33 450 54 73 72 or +33 687 286 119 to   discuss your preferences and check availability for your required dates.

  We will hold a provisional reservation for a maximum of 48 hours. You   must confirm your booking within this period or the provisional reservation   will lapse and the chalet will then be offered to other interested parties.

  Confirming your Booking

  Your booking will be confirmed following receipt of the 20% deposit. For   your convenience and security we accept payment by Visa/Mastercard   credit/debit cards. We will then issue a receipt and Confirmation Invoice.

  Balance Payment

  The balance of the cost of your holiday is payable eight weeks prior to your   arrival date at the chalet. Payment of the balance may be made, in euros   only, by Mastercard/Visa credit/debit card, bank transfer, or euro cheque.

  Please kindly arrive at the chalet after 4.00pm so that it can be fully   prepared for you. At the end of your stay we request that you depart the   chalet at 10.00am.

  Airport Transfers

  Private airport transfers are included to and from Geneva Airport. Our   chauffeured vehicles will meet your flight.
