We believe that fine dining is a crucial aspect of your holiday experience.
As a rule, we do not work with set menus nor repeat the same menus weekly. We choose to select our dishes according to the best products available at the time of production. Specific dietary requests are never a problem, and all of our menus are created with fresh meat, fish and vegetables and are prepared with care to give you the quality dining experience.
Here are a few of our favourite dishes, a small selection to tempt you:

Morning
Breakfast is an important meal, so start the day with Fresh local bread, Fresh fuit platter, yoghurts, ham and cheese, cereal selection, milk, orange juice, water, selection of herbal teas and coffee. Each
day chef offers a full cooked breakfast with a selection of hot dishes. Chef will also provide children's lunches on request.
Afternoon Tea
You will be welcomed back to the chalet by the inviting aroma of freshly baked cakes, laid out with tasty nibbles, tea and coffee.

Evening Dinner
Served on five nights each week, evening dinner is preceeded with mouth-watering canapes and consists of four to six courses including wine. On the remaining two nights we request that you dine out and we can assist with recommendations of local restaurants.

Children
For the little ones High Tea/Early evening supper is normally served at about 6pm. We offer a selection of home cooked meals or please let us know what dishes are preferred. Once the little ones have been fed and watered this leaves you to enjoy your dinner later
in the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Christmas & New Year
We pull out all the stops. The chalet is decorated and there is space under the Christmas tree for your presents. Enjoy traditional Christmas Dinner with champagne and hand- made crackers.
On New Years Eve you will enjoy a gala dinner followed by champagne and your very own firework display at mid-night!
